KARACHI: Newly elected Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has reduced his security protocol to four police mobiles, a private TV channel reported.
Also the new chief minister has surprised the officials in the Sindh cabinet with his apparent dedication to his job. According to the media reports Shah reaches his office at the CM House at 9:00 am sharp. His punctuality has forced other ministers in the cabinet to take charge.
Health Minister Dr Sikander Mandhro visited the Civil Hospital on Monday. He asked the director of a trauma centre over why the project had been left unfinished. “The complete payment has been made. Why hasn’t the project been completed,” the minister inquired.
Meanwhile, the Minister for Education Jam Mehtab Dahar said in a statement that his foremost priority would be to re-open all the schools that have been left unattended. He added that the school staff should be punctual.
It is worth mentioning that the former chief minister Qaim Ali Shah had nine police mobiles in his security protocol.
