RAWALPINDI: CSTC President Li Hongtao called on Minister for Defence Production Rana Tanveer Hussain at Ministry of Defence Production Rawalpindi.
The delegation showed keen interest in enhancing cooperation with Pakistan. During the meeting issues of bilateral importance were discussed. Tanveer said that Pakistan and China have deep rooted brotherly ties and Pakistan attaches great importance to its relations with China.
Sino-Pakistan relations in the field of defence are also of great significance as advancements in the field of defence production owe greatly to our Chinese friends and their assistance.
Minister highlighted the need to identify the areas of mutual cooperation and joint production which can help to further strengthen bilateral ties between Pakistan and its all-weather friend China. He added that Pakistan is keen to take bilateral relations to new heights.
